Corn St & Frenchay Village Hall
Corn St registry office opened the proceedings on a sweltering day in June. The classic styling of the building, offset the military uniforms superbly. To me it felt like a Royal Wedding, with the guard of honor welcoming Caitlin and Joe freshly married into the Bristol Sun. After some lovely photos, we all boarded the classic red double decker bus provided to take us to the reception at Frenchay village Hall.
Surrounding the village hall were lovely trees and fields, perfect for the more formal photographs, and a beautifully styled Prosecco van led the way into the lovely hall itself.
Following the wonderful meal, the speeches were topped off by an incredible speech, sung with great mischief and humor by the father of the bride.
This was such a special wedding for me, having known Caitlin, the bride all through school in my former career as a teacher. Seeing Caitlin and Joe so happy, surrounded by their loving friends and family was truly wonderful.
